At some point, you look back and realize the issue wasn’t that you loved too hard.
It’s that you gave emotional depth to someone who didn’t have the capacity to meet you there.

When Feelings Override Logic
It’s easy to romanticize potential. To excuse red flags. To believe effort alone can fix incompatibility.
But emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and accountability aren’t things you can teach someone who isn’t interested in learning.
Loving Someone Isn’t the Same as Being Aligned
You can care deeply and still be mismatched. Chemistry doesn’t replace communication. Attraction doesn’t equal maturity.
Sometimes the lesson isn’t about love — it’s about discernment.
Giving your heart isn’t a flaw. Ignoring what your intuition already knew is usually where the mistake lives.
Until next time…
xoxo,
Jenna
